Is stamp duty exempt for ex-servicemen in UP?

Under the special provisions led by the UP government, the legal heirs of the martyrs and ex-servicemen from the state of Uttar Pradesh will not be charged any amount of stamp duty if they buy either residential, commercial or agricultural land.
