Maruti e-Vitara Launched in India: Price, Range, and Specifications

Hello Everyone,

The wait for Maruti Suzuki’s first-ever electric vehicle is finally over! Maruti has officially launched the e-Vitara in India, marking a significant milestone in the Indian EV segment.

Sold exclusively through NEXA dealerships, the e-Vitara is built on the advanced HEARTECT-e platform, specifically designed for electric mobility.

Key Highlights of Maruti e-Vitara:

  • Maruti e-Vitara Price India: Starting at an aggressive price of ₹10.99 Lakh (under the BaaS model). Without the BaaS model, prices start from ₹15.99 Lakh (Ex-showroom).
  • Impressive Range: Equipped with two battery options—49 kWh (440 km range) and 61 kWh (543 km range).
  • Advanced Features: Level 2 ADAS, 360-degree camera, dual-screen setup, and a panoramic sunroof.
  • Fast Charging: Supports DC fast charging, taking the battery from 10% to 80% in just 45 minutes.
  • BaaS Model: A unique 'Battery-as-a-Service' subscription where you pay for the battery based on your usage (approx. ₹3.99/km).
Maruti is also offering an incredible 8-year battery warranty and a 60% assured buyback after three years, which makes it a very safe investment for first-time EV buyers.
