1. PCDA (N) Mumbai has been issuing 7th CPC Notional Fixation ePPOs iro exsailors released between 01 Nov 85 and 31 Dec 2015, on Suo-Moto basis since Aug 20.
2. PCDA (N) Mumbai requires PDA (Pension Disbursing Agency) details (Bank/DPDO/Treasury Office).
3. 2741 ex-sailors whose PDA details have not been received is attached below. The veterans in the list are requested to forward the following information to NAVPEN on email id navpen-navy@nic.in

10.Scanned copy of Cancelled Cheque/ NEFT Mandate Form (as attachment)

4. The above 11 details will ensure generation of correct EPPO and migration to SPARSH.
5. It is important that correct data is populated in the ePPO.
