THERE IS NO VARIATION IN ROOM RENT BEING CHARGED FROM OFFICERS ANDJCO/OR OF DEFENCE SERVICES FOR BOOKING ROOM AT SAINIK REST HOUSE CHANDIGARH. IT IS PROPOSED TO REDUCE CHARGES FOR JCOS/OR .​

NOTE :​

1. Additional Bed Charges - AC Room Rs 200/-
2. Ex and on duty employees of the department - 50% of the rates applicable
3. Departmental employees (on temp Duty) - 25% of the rates applicable
4. Gallantry awardees, including(PVC, MVC, VrC,AC, KC, SC)including l00oh disabled, Batfle Casualfy Cases -No Charges for one room only for two nights in a month.

(a) Lawn/Halls in the Sainik Rest Houses for social functions will be given on maximum market rates by the respective Secretary, Zila Sainik Board charged. Besides this a un-refundable security will be taken as under:-

• Civilians -Rs 2000/-
• (ii) State/Central Government employees -Rs 1500/-
• (iii) ESM/Serving Departmental personnel -Rs 1000/-
• (iv) Department Employees/Ex-employees -Rs 700/-

(b) In case of any damage of the facilities provided is noticed, the same will be adjusted from the Security amount.

(c) In case of non utilization of booked room or booking cancelled on the booking day, 65% of the total charges will be refundable and 35% will be retained from the advance.

(d) In case of cancellation of advance booking 10% from the advance will be retained and remaining will be refunded.
