Dear Tri-Service Veterans,
As part of the Armed Forces Veterans Day 2024, *Indian Navy is organising a Ship visit to Indian Naval Ship Vikrant on 09 Jan 2024* for Ex-Servicemen and Dependents from the Tri-Services.*Each ESM can be accompanied by two dependent family members for the visit*.
View limited seats, Volunteering for participation will be considered on First-Come-First-Serve basis. Ex-Servicemen of any Rank from Army, Navy and Air-Force who are interested to visit the Ship along with their dependents are to register their attendance in the undermentioned google link before *15 Dec 2023*.
*All are to Read the following Instructions*
1) *List of shortlisted Veterans for the Ship visit will be published. In addition, shortlisted Veterans will receive a confirmation from HQSNC/ CRSO (crsosouth@gmail.com) on their registered e-mail. Only those Veterans are permitted for the visit*
2) Maximum of Two dependent family members are only permitted to accompany the ESM during visit.
3) Veterans who have received the confirmation e-mail are to arrive, along with their dependents, at Parking Ground (opposite INS Venduruthy) inside Naval Base, Kochi at 0730 h on 09 Jan 2024.
4) No individual vehicles of Veterans are permitted inside CSL.
5) Veterans and dependents are to board/ de-board at Parking Ground (opposite INS Venduruthy) inside Naval Base, Kochi in the buses arranged by the Naval Command.
6) *Veterans and Dependents are to carry the following during the visit:-*
*(i) Print out of the confirmation e-mail received from HQSNC/ CRSO*
*(ii) ESM: Original ESM Identity card issued by their respective Zila Sainik Board*
*(iii) Dependents: Original Dependent Identity Card issued by Army/Navy/ Air-Force/ Zila Sainik Board*.
*(iv) Original Aadhar Card*
7) Tea/ Refreshment and Lunch will be provided for all attendees.
8) All attendees are to follow guidelines provided by HQSNC/ Vikrant/ Provost staff for the smooth conduct of the event.
