Headquarters 3 EME Centre, Bairagarh, Bhopal (MP) has officially released the recruitment rally notification under the Unit Headquarters Quota (UHQ) and Agnipath Scheme. This rally is conducted for sons of War Widows/Widows/Ex-Servicemen (ESM)/Serving Personnel, own brothers of Servicemen/Ex-Servicemen, and an Open Category Rally for Agniveer Outstanding Sportsmen (National/International/State/District level).

Trade-Wise Eligibility & Age Limit
- Agniveer Technical: 17 Years 06 Months to 22 Years (Educational qualification as per Join Indian Army Agnipath norms).
- Agniveer Clerk / Store Keeper Technical (SKT): 17 Years 06 Months to 22 Years.
- Agniveer Tradesmen 10th Class (Dresser, Washerman & Support Staff): 17 Years 06 Months to 22 Years.
- Agniveer Outstanding Sportsmen (Open Category): 17 Years 06 Months to 22 Years (Valid sports achievement certificates at District/State/National/International level).
- 24 August to 25 August 2026 (0400 hrs): Reporting for Agniveer Technical, Agniveer Clerk/SKT, Agniveer Tradesmen 10th Class, and Open Category Sportsmen at 'T' Junction Gate, 3 EME Centre.
Candidates must carry all original certificates along with two (02) self-attested photocopies of each document:
- Photographs: 20 unattested passport-size colour photographs (white background).
- Educational Documents: 10th, 12th Marksheets, and ITI/Diploma certificates (if applicable).
- Relationship Certificate: Issued by the respective Record Office with watermarked seal (except for Open Category Sportsmen).
- Serving Certificate: Signed by Adjt/OC Coy/OC Unit for sons/brothers of serving personnel.
- Discharge/Pension Details: Discharge Book, Pension Book, or PPO copy for ESM wards.
- Domicile & Caste Certificates: Domicile/Nativity certificate with details of previous rallies on ₹10 stamp paper; Caste Certificate with photo issued by Tehsildar/DM.
- Religion & Character Certificates: Religion Certificate (if not mentioned in caste certificate); School/College Character Certificate; Character Pre-Verification Certificate with family details issued by Sarpanch/Municipal Corporation (validity within 6 months).
- Affidavits (Non-Judicial Stamp Paper - ₹10):
- Domicile & previous rally details affidavit.
- Agnipath Scheme enrolment undertaking affidavit.
- Sponsorship Affidavit by ESM/Serving personnel with joint photograph (duly attested by 1st Class/Executive/Judicial Magistrate or Notary).
- Drug Abuse Certificate / Indemnity Bond undertaking.
- Affidavit for non-involvement in banned political organisations / no criminal case.
- Identification: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and Single Bank Account passbook.
- Sports & NCC Certificates: Sports merit certificates and NCC (A/B/C) certificates (if held)
- Tattoo & Language Certificates: Tattoo Certificate (duly signed by DC/DM/SDM for tribal candidates). All regional language certificates must have an official Hindi or English notarised translation.
