Request for reservation of accommodation will be accepted maximum 15 days in advance. Booking for the serving Officers/JCOs/ORs will be accepted maximum one day prior to their arrival. Booking of accommodation will be accepted on phone No 011-25777049 between 1030 hours to 1730 hours on all working days. Notice of at least 24 hours for cancellation of reservation from the date of booking be given to avoid inconvenience to other ESM. With prior approval of OIC, all walk-in guests will be accommodated, if accommodation is available. The rooms/dormitory will be allotted on first come first served basis in the following priority and no accommodation will be kept as reserved for any category:-
(a) ESM and their dependents.
(b) Ex-Servicemen, personnel who come to Delhi for re-settlement courses.
(c) Serving personnel of the Defence forces and their families/civil personnel, if vacancy exists.
