I was discharged from service and awarded punishment for which my pension was reduced by the authority. What is my leave encashment entitlement?

Ans. Sailors who are compulsorily retired/discharged from service on disciplinary grounds where the disciplinary authority has imposed any reduction in the amount of pension (including gratuity), such sailor are not entitled to encashment of leave.
