Three frontline naval combatants - Guided Missile Destroyer 'INS Surat', Stealth Frigate 'INS Nilgiri' and submarine 'INS Vaghsheer' - have been commissioned in the Indian Navy in the august presence of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Raksha Mantri Shri Rajnath Singh at the Naval Dockyard in Mumbai.
