DA Hike Latest News: Central Govt Employees DA Raised by 3% to 63% – Check Salary Hike & 4 Months Arrear Calculation
Diwali se pehle Central Government employees aur pensioners ke liye badi khabar aayi hai. Union Cabinet ne Dearness Allowance (DA) aur Dearness Relief (DR) me 3% hike ko approve kar diya hai. Is faisle ke baad ab total DA 60% se badhkar 63% ho gaya hai.Yeh badhotri AICPI-IW (All India Consumer Price Index for Industrial Workers) ke data aur 7th Central Pay Commission (7th CPC) ke formula ke base par finalize ki gayi hai.
Key Highlights
- Effective Date: Naya DA 1 July 2026 se lagu maana jayega.
- Arrears: Employees aur pensioners ko July, August, September aur October (kul 4 months) ka arrear milega.
- Beneficiaries: Iska direct fayda lagbhag 48.54 lakh central government employees aur 68.71 lakh pensioners ko milega.
DA Aur Arrear Calculate Karne Ka Formula
DA hamesha employee ki Basic Pay par calculate hota hai (is me HRA ya TA add nahi hota). Pensioners ke liye yeh calculation Basic Pension par hoti hai:Monthly DA Increase = Basic Pay x 3%
4 Months Total Arrear= Monthly DA Increase x 4
Calculation Ko Example Se Samjhein
Example 1: Minimum Basic Pay (Pay Level 1 - ₹18,000)
- Basic Pay: ₹18,000
- Purana DA (60% par): ₹10,800
- Naya DA (63% par): ₹11,340
- Monthly Salary me Increase: ₹11,340 - ₹10,800 = ₹540 per month
- 4 Months Arrear (July to October): ₹540 × 4 = ₹2,160
Example 2: Defence / Common Pay Level 6 (Basic Pay - ₹35,400)
- Basic Pay: ₹35,400
- Purana DA (60% par): ₹21,240
- Naya DA (63% par): ₹22,302
- Monthly Salary me Increase: ₹22,302 - ₹21,240 = ₹1,062 per month
- 4 Months Arrear (July to October): ₹1,062 × 4 = ₹4,248
