Agar aapne galti se UPI money sent to wrong account kar diya hai, toh niche diye gaye official procedure ko follow karein:
1. Immediate Action on UPI AppSabse pehle apne app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm) mein transaction history par jayein aur 'Raise a Dispute' ya 'Report' par click karein.
2. Bank ko Suchit Karein (UTR Number ke sath)Apne bank ke customer care ko call karein ya branch jayein. Unhe apna 12-digit UTR number dein. RBI guidelines ke mutabiq, aapka bank hi receiver ke bank se sampark karke reversal request dal sakta hai.
3. NPCI Portal par ComplaintAgar bank se help nahi milti, toh NPCI ki official website npci.org.in par 'Dispute Redressal Mechanism' ke tahat apni complaint register karein.
4. RBI Ombudsman ka SaharaAgar 30 din tak koi samadhan nahi milta, toh aap RBI ke Complaint Management System (CMS) portal par apni baat rakh sakte hain.
