Indian Navy Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Special Scholarship (Rs 1.25 Lakh) - Eligibility & Details

Hello everyone,

We have an important official update regarding the Indian Navy Special Scholarship Scheme (SSS). To support the 'Beti Bachao - Beti Padhao' campaign, INBA has increased the scholarship amount to Rs 1,25,000/- for girl children pursuing professional courses like MBBS and Engineering.

Here are the specific eligible categories for this enhanced rate:

1. Daughters of Naval personnel who die in harness (while in service).
2. Orphan children of naval personnel (whether parents passed away during service or after retirement).
3. Two dependent unmarried sisters of unmarried naval personnel who pass away in harness.

This is an excellent initiative to help the families of our brave personnel manage the high fees of medical and engineering colleges.
