Three Trainee Officers of NIAT were Adjudged First at National Finals of eYantra Innovation Challenge
Three trainee officers - Slt Akash Pandey, Slt Hitesh Kumar & Slt G Sivakumar of NIAT were adjudged first at National Finals of eYantra Innovation Challenge eYIC 2023-24, conducted by IIT Bombay. The team of three officers competed against 299 teams all over India and demonstrated their innovative idea on a subject based on Al application. The technical proposal of the project was accepted in October 2023 and the proof of concept was presented to the faculty at IIT Bombay after undergoing various stages of trials in January 2024. Based on their performance in regional finals, the team was selected for National finals in March 2024. The officers presented their idea to a series of panels and have stood first in Nationals held on 05-06 April 24 at IIT Bombay. The remarkable performance of the officers is a testimony of Indian Navy's continued focus on professionalism and innovation.
