Financial Assistance given to the ESM from amalgamated Special Fund :-

11.Stipend to the ESM undergoing Post Release Training Course at various ITIsAll Ex PBOR.To be re-imbursed after successfully completion of the course. Only one time grant.Rs. 5000/- per month.-

21.Supplementation cost be given to all ranks of ESM who get treatment of all other serious ailments (Angioplasty ,Angiography, CABG, OH Surgery, Valve Replacement & Cerebral Stoke) by RMDF / CG / ECHSAll Ex-Servicemen Only application as one time in a year when the application undergoes surgical procedure/operation in that year.Rs. 25,000/- per annum-
22.The maintenance / repair cost be given to disabled/ amputee Ex-servicemen for maintenance of scooter provided by Adjutant General Ceremonial Welfare of Army/equivalent institution of Air Force / Navy or KSB / RSB or any other institution.All Ex-ServicemenRs. 5000/- per year-
23.The maintenance cost be given to amputee Ex-servicemen for maintenance of artificial limbs..All Ex-ServicemenRs. 5000/- per year-
24.Provision of subsequent allotment / replacement of modified Scooter to Disabled ESM(a) Ex-Servicemen must be 50% and above disabled .
(b) On completion of 10 years of initial issue of Modified Scooter from Kendriya Sainik Board, New Delhi

* PROVISO IN SER 1, 14,15,16,18 & 19 of APPX. Provided that PBOR would not be entitled to such financial assistance from the AMALGAMATED SPECIAL FUND, if his gross total income from all sources is beyond Rs.8,00,000 per annum. An affidavit to this effect would be obtained from the ESM before sanction of this assistance
